A seriously fun handwoven Moroccan rug with a soft dusty pink ground and playful abstract motifs woven in warm rust, chocolate brown and little pops of sunny yellow. This one is a proper colour lover’s rug, but the muted pink base keeps the whole thing feeling surprisingly soft and easy to style.

The design is wonderfully loose and expressive, with oversized diamonds, wandering lines and smaller geometric symbols scattered across the field. There’s an almost retro folk-art feel to it, with the irregular placement and hand-drawn quality giving it loads of character without feeling overly busy.

Handwoven in Morocco using thick wool, the rug has a beautifully tactile, plush pile and a lovely softness underfoot. Turn it over and you can really see the handwoven construction too, with the pattern worked directly through the foundation rather than printed or applied to the surface.

The combination of dusty pink and earthy rust is particularly gorgeous. Those little flashes of yellow add an unexpected hit of brightness, while the brown detailing grounds everything and gives the pattern definition.

A brilliant statement rug for a bedroom, living room or creative space, especially if you love colour but still want something warm and liveable. It would look amazing alongside dark woods, chrome, burgundy, chocolate brown, warm neutrals or equally bold vintage furniture.

Playful, cosy and a little bit weird in all the right ways. Basically everything we like in a rug.
