Woven in rich shades of brick red, rust, charcoal, blush pink, ivory, and muted ochre, this piece has incredible depth and warmth, making it a true statement for any interior.

Originating from northwest Iran, Heriz rugs are renowned for their robust construction and distinctive architectural designs. Handwoven from high-quality wool, they were made to withstand generations of everyday use and only become more beautiful with age.

This rug has a wonderfully balanced palette, with its deep terracotta field framed by a dramatic charcoal border and intricate tribal detailing throughout. The oversized central medallion creates a bold focal point, while the softened vintage colours give it an effortless, lived-in character that works beautifully in both contemporary and traditional spaces.

In good vintage condition, with no holes or tears. There is areas of thread worn areas in the center of the rug due to age that can be seen in the photos. Professionally cleaned and ready for its next home.
