Limouna, is a gorge Beni Ourain checkered rug from Morocco. Designed in Glasgow by How Bizarre, and crafted in close collaboration with Moroccan artisans, who have handwoven the design exclusively for us in Morocco.

Vegetable dyes in burnt orange and black wool have been used to create this punk-like checkered design and weave within the rug.

These rugs were woven with wool from free-roaming sheep of the Atlas mountains and combine a blend of traditional and contemporary styling, ensuring high quality and longevity compared to machine-made rugs.

Being handmade, these rugs may exhibit some irregularities such as wonky edges, natural fading, and colour variations. However, these characteristics only add to the charm and appeal of the Moroccan rug.
