A super fun and playful, one-of-a-kind Moroccan runner with a wonderfully psychedelic design and a colour palette that's impossible not to love.

A gorgeous powder blue backdrop sets the scene for a riot of colour, with candy pink, fiery red, burnt orange, emerald green, mustard yellow and flashes of black coming together in a brilliantly unconventional composition of oversized diamonds, wiggly lines and quirky little geometric motifs.

There's something distinctly '70s psychedelic about this one, with a little Memphis design and folk art thrown in for good measure. The colourful, striped diamond motifs run through the centre, almost like little woven jewels, while irregular zigzags and scattered abstract shapes dance across the blue background.

The contrast between that lovely soft blue and the punchier colours is particularly good. The central diamonds are filled with alternating stripes of green, pink, orange, yellow and black, giving the design a brilliant sense of rhythm and movement. Meanwhile, the wandering lines in rusty red, peach, dusty pink and mustard add a wonderfully spontaneous, almost hand-drawn quality.

And then there are those brilliant little details. The green and black star-like motifs, tiny striped shapes and unexpected pops of colour give the whole thing a slightly surreal, almost cartoonish charm. There's plenty going on, but the generous blue backdrop gives everything room to breathe.

Handwoven in Morocco using thick wool, the runner has a beautifully plush, tactile pile. Subtle variations in the weave, colour and texture soften the bold graphic design, giving it that unmistakable handmade character and individuality.
