Deep raspberry reds, dusty rose, soft blush pink and rich burgundy form the backdrop, with unexpected flashes of golden yellow, electric blue, muted sage green and dark chocolate cutting through the composition.

There's something wonderfully painterly about this one. Think abstract expressionism meets '70s textile art, with a little punk collage thrown in for good measure. Layers of irregular stripes, fragmented blocks of colour and loose, almost brushstroke-like markings overlap and interrupt one another, creating a design that feels beautifully spontaneous and full of movement.

The mix of saturated reds and softer pinks gives the rug a real warmth and depth, while those little flashes of contrasting colour stop things from feeling too uniform.
