Zahra
A vibrant handwoven Moroccan Boucherouite runner rug, full of colour, texture, and expressive energy. Woven in lively tones of pink, teal, green, maroon, and soft neutrals, this piece has a bold, playful presence, dynamic, tactile, and completely one of a kind.
Handcrafted by Berber women in Morocco, Boucherouite rugs are joyful, resourceful weavings made from recycled textiles, wool, and cotton. Originally created for everyday use within the home, they bring a relaxed, lived-in warmth and a sense of individuality to any space.
This piece has a wonderfully soft, shaggy pile with a “floofy” texture underfoot, adding both comfort and visual depth. The abstract, freeform patterning reflects the spontaneity and creativity of the weaver, making it as much an artwork as it is a functional textile.
New Condition. Professionally cleaned and ready for its next chapter.
