Gorgeous handwoven vintage Persian Hamadan Malayer runner, featuring a dramatic midnight navy field illuminated by bold saffron, crimson, raspberry, and soft lavender motifs. Its elongated design is centred around three geometric medallions, framed by stylised trees, floral forms, and tribal symbols that give the piece an unmistakable sense of movement and character.

Woven in western Iran, Hamadan Malayer rugs are celebrated for their expressive folk-art designs and exceptional durability. This runner has a wonderfully rich palette, with saturated natural dyes that have mellowed beautifully over time while retaining their depth and vibrancy. The contrast between the dark ground and fiery orange motifs makes it an eye-catching statement piece, perfect for hallways, kitchens, or any space in need of colour and personality.

Handwoven from wool with a soft, low pile that reflects decades of use, this rug carries all the charm and authenticity that only genuine vintage Persian pieces possess. Every motif tells a story, making it as much a work of art as a functional floor covering.

In great vintage condition, with no holes or tears. Professionally cleaned and ready for its next home.
