A beautifully handwoven vintage Pakistani Bokhara rug featuring an elegant all-over gul design in softly faded terracotta, camel, tobacco, and warm ivory tones. With its wonderfully muted palette and gentle patina, this piece has an understated sophistication that feels equally at home in contemporary, minimalist, and traditional interiors.

Handwoven from wool, the repeating tribal guls create a calm, rhythmic composition across the field, framed by multiple finely detailed borders that add depth and structure without overwhelming the design. Years of natural wear have softened both the colours and pile, giving the rug a beautifully relaxed, lived-in character that simply can't be recreated.

Originating from Pakistan and inspired by the historic weaving traditions of Central Asia, Bokhara rugs are celebrated for their timeless symmetry, durability, and versatility. This particular piece has an almost monochromatic quality, with subtle tonal shifts throughout that bring warmth and texture while remaining effortlessly refined.

Its low pile and earthy palette make it an ideal foundation for modern interiors, pairing beautifully with natural materials, vintage furniture, linen, chrome, or darker woods. Quietly confident and endlessly versatile, it's the kind of rug that only gets better with age.

In excellent vintage condition, with age-related wear and areas of restoration consistent with its history. No holes or tears. Professionally cleaned and ready for its next home.
